2. Non-removable cover – This listing is for heat pads with non-removable covers. Many other patterns in over 150 stylish fabrics can be purchased from other listings in my shop. This heat pad contains fillings and cannot be washed, spot clean only.
3. Comfortable size & weight – These hot and cold packs are slightly weighted for acupressure at a comfortable level to help with relaxation.

4. Multiple sections for even heat/cold – The heat pads are divided into multiple sections for more even heat/cold.
5. Filling choices – These hot and cold packs are filled with rice, organically grown flaxseed, and/or high quality lavender buds. Some other sellers use only rice with lavender essential oil. The two choices of fillings are:
(a) Unscented – Rice/Flaxseed mix
(b) Scented – Rice/Lavender Buds mix
6. Benefits – Help for relaxation of muscles, increase of blood circulation, and pain relief. Great for back pain, abdomen pain, menstrual cramps, pains in other areas. Excellent for relaxing abdominal muscles and cramps. These pillows are not meant for medical use and does not in any way replace medical care.
7. Multiple print patterns & styles –These hot and cold packs are made of 100% cotton in over 150 stylish trendy cute print patterns and solid colors for both men and women. Please note:
(a) The back of the heat pad is usually in coordinating solid color that brings out the beautiful color pattern in front. Some patterns look great with multiple different solid colors. Please message me if you prefer a particular solid color, or if you prefer to have the same pattern fabric for the back.
(b) The placement of the same fabric pattern may be different for the order compared to the photo when the repeat pattern is larger than the individual product.
8. Easy to use – The heat and cold pack can be used for both warm and cold. For cold use: Wrap heat and cold pack in plastic and keep it in freezer for about an hour before use. For warm use: Heat pillow in microwave for an initial 30 seconds and check the temperature. If not hot enough, heat an additional 15 seconds and check again. Add 15 seconds at a time to get the pillow to the heat level desired. CAUTION: Pillow can get extremely hot in high heat and can burn the skin and eyes. Be sure not to over-heat it before use. Test heat level indirectly first before placing on skin and eyes.
